Congential Heart defects are usually present at birth. Some Congenital Heart defects require surgery after birth, as an infant or as a child depending on the type of defect and the severity of the defect. Some of the congential defects are Arterial Septal Defect (ASD), Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), Patent Ductus Artery Repair (PDA repair) and Hyperplasic Left heart defect.
