Transport Services: There are few experiences more confusing than coming to a foreign destination for the first time and trying to make sense of the transport system and how to navigate around town. Here at FV Hospital, we take every care to make sure your transportation is comfortable, convenient and trouble-free.

Translation/Languages Service: Being an international hospital, we understand communication can, on occasion, be difficult. FV Hospital will make sure to assist you in all your communication matters

The Lobby Experience: In and around the lobby and on the first Floor, there are a number of services and features for the convenience and leisure of outpatients and their guests. The waiting areas have a relaxing, calm ambience, understated lighting and tasteful décor, with plush sofas and comfortable seating. Many services are easily accessed from here, too: the coffee shop/cafeteria, an internet café, Wi-Fi connection, daily newspapers and magazines, cable TV, Gift Shop as well as an ATM.

Food and Beverage: We are concerned with the total well-being of our patients and staff and that, of course, includes what they eat and drink. We aim to provide, every day of the year, a balanced range of appetising and nutritious food and drinks, enabling patients and staff to have a choice that reflects their preferences and needs.

Support Services: Our support team comprises of 200 dedicated staff and permanent contractors, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that your expectations are met in each and every area of your FV Hospital stay.

Information and Communication Technology: The ICT Department operates and monitors the Hospital Information System (HIS) maintaining ongoing efficiency and interactivity across all key hospital functions.

Your Stay at FV Hospital

During your stay, a team will be on hand to take care of all your medical needs.

The International Patients Officer will visit every day to check on your comfort and see if you have any other requirements or concerns. In accordance with our invoicing procedures, all charges will be explained to you prior to commencement of any procedures or medication. The full hotel service includes a choice of rooms to satisfy everyone’s needs:

Should any problem arise, you are invited to contact the International Patients Officer to address the issue. Finally, to assist us improve our service, patients are encouraged to provide comments to us, in the strictest confidence, either in writing or via the official Patient Satisfaction Survey form.

Information about your leading medical staff

In keeping with our goal of providing international quality healthcare, FV Hospital is staffed by a full-time team of French and overseas-trained Vietnamese specialists, each with 10-15 years experience working in key positions in local and international hospitals. Through the FVH Partners Programme, FVH has also attracted the most famous Vietnamese specialists who are scheduled for consultations on a regular basis. Together, they provide expertise in 30 medical and surgical specialities.
