Based on your hospital choice, we will liaise with the hospitals in our extensive network to bring the best value to you. Our doctors and Location Managers will support you 24x7 while you are with us.
When you request for a "Value Plan" quote from us, we talk to all the hospitals in our network and provide you with multiple options with your hospitals of choice.
Scheduling TeleConference & VideoConference
IndiSmile Medical Network arranges for you to have a telephonic conference or a video conference with your choice of doctors to guarantee complete peace of mind for you even before you start your travel.
Arranging for Insurance (Travel, Medical Accident & Complications)
IndiSmile provides Travel Insurance through a leading insurance provider. We also help our clients obtain Personal Accident Insurance and Complications Insurance.
Arrangements
IndiSmile will arrange Travel Tickets for both air and train. We will facilitate taxis for you both at home and in India as well as arranging your Hotel stay in 5 star, 4 star or 3 star accommodation. We can help arrange Medical Procedure Loans, Passport and Visa and liase with your current Health Insurance Provider.
Create a Procedure Group
Procedure Group is a facility where IndiSmile Medical Network tries to create a group of persons going for surgery at the same time by facilitating group travel.
Arrange for a Travel Companion
To help those of our clients who do not wish to travel alone we have the facility of taking along a travel companion. You could take your own travel companion or else if you do not have anyone, then you could simply ask us to give you a travel companion.
Location
A Location Manager will be by your side throughout your procedure. IndiSmile Location Managers are Professionals from the Healthcare sector and belong to the city your hospital is located in and have extensive local knowledge including the local language and customs. Our travel team will provide you with a handbook about your Location/Local Knowledge.

If you wish to Stay Connected with your loved ones back in your home country, IndiSmile will offer you a cell-phone (with international calling-facility) along with a laptop , webcam and internet so that you can stay connected to your loved ones.
Provide a Single Bill
