The Asklepion headquarters in Prague is the largest facility of its kind in Europe, the branch in Karlovy Vary the largest facility of its kind in the spa centres and the branch in Mariánské Lázně, the most recently established of the centres, is developing from year to year.

The European office of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) is based at Asklepion as well as the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) and individual Asklepion centres function as internationally accredited training centres. Thanks to close contacts with the medical faculties at the Charles University and many medical institutes around the world, Asklepion is a traditional pioneer of the most up-to-date procedures and methods
